Order Accuracy
All orders are made according to customer instructions. We confirm designs, colors, sizes, and customizations before production, often through WhatsApp or email.
No Refund If You Got What You Ordered
If you receive the exact product you requested, including the correct size, color, design, and any customization, no refund or return will be offered.
Since these items are made just for you, we can’t resell them.
Refunds Are Only Available If We Made a Mistake
You can request a refund or exchange only if:
- You received the wrong size, color, or design
- The product is damaged or defective
- We didn’t follow your order instructions
To qualify for a refund:
- You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the product
- You must provide proof, like photos or screenshots
Keep Your Messages Safe
Please save all communication with our team (like WhatsApp messages or emails). These messages help us verify what was agreed on when you placed your order.
Refunds (If Applicable)
If your return is approved:
- You’ll get a full or partial refund (depending on the issue)
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
- You’ll be notified via email or WhatsApp once your refund is issued
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Custom-made items (unless they are faulty or incorrect)
- Used or washed items
- Items returned without original packaging or tags
Important Notes
- Please save all chat messages or order confirmations as proof of your order details.
- Don’t return any items without contacting us first — unapproved returns may be rejected.
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
